The first thing to consider is the initial consultation is always at our expense. We value long term successful relationships above short term gain, and never expect opportunities until we have first created value for you.

Most of our clients join a retainer program however, we do not impose any method of payment on you, and therefore offer a choice of Retainers, Fees, or Commissions and will discuss your preferences before reaching a mutually acceptable arrangement.

For Mortgages:

You can choose how we are paid. We can either accept commission from the lender or, you can choose to pay on a fee basis.  Should you choose to pay a fee we will usually charge 1% of the loan amount, minimum payment £500.   We can also arrange a combination of these options.
