It is a process of:-
- Identifying what clients want and need
- Agreeing where they want to go
- Creating a written plan to get there
- Agreeing first step actions to take
- Taking those actions
- Reviewing results
- Agreeing new actions
- Reviewing these further results
- Fully reassessing, in a written plan, probably annually:-
- Where the client is now
- Where they now want to go
- How they are now going to get there
In other words, it is a process of business development not simply a one-off event.
